Assistant Plant In-Charge
Full-time · On-site
Job responsibilities
- Oversee production activities and ensure efficient plant running to meet targets.
- Coordinate regular maintenance of plant and machinery.
- Ensure replacement parts and consumables arrive on time.
- Ensure good quality output at all times.
- Monitor raw material inventory.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining or a related engineering field.
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, crushing or M Sand processing plants preferred.
- Food and accommodation provided by the company.
- Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is mandatory.

Accounts / Admin Executive

Job responsibilities
- Sales recording and matching, and checking the sales register.
- Maintaining diesel records and vehicle time monitoring.
- Recording vendor payments daily, weekly and monthly.
- Preparing purchase orders and managing admin stationery.
- Recording admin expenses and maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets for reports and records.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping, sales recording and purchase documentation.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, administration or office operations.
- Food provided by the company.
